WHAT IS NEXT?

• START - 30 DAYS: Uniforms, goals, cones, pinnies order.
• START - 20 DAYS: Teams draft start. Division Coordinators will communicate with specific age groups for volunteers.
• START - 7 DAYS: Coaches and Volunteer next steps communication (meeting, pickup, guidelines).
  • PUGG Goals delivered.
  • PINNIES delivered.
  • CONES delivered.
  • UNIFORMS PENDING.
• START - 5 DAYS: Practice schedule draft after the set number of teams and coaches.
• START - 2 DAYS: Coaches will receive roster and will communicate with their team directly. (Text, whatsapp, emails, Teamsnap, .. )
• START + 2 DAYS: Game schedule will be drafted after teams and coaches have been confirmed and certified.
• START + 0 DAYS: Coaches/Teams can schedule a meet and greet prior to the season for introduction.

COACH NEEDED TEAMS
Teams that have no coach(es) assigned (yet), will be communicated to separately.
We will email for someone to step up and/or talk to the team at your first practice.
We will also be on site at your first practice to talk to the group of parents with next steps.

*U6 Boys: 2 teams without a coach.
*U6 Girls: 2 teams without a coach. 
*U10 Boys: 3 teams without a coach.
*U12 Boys: 2 teams without a coach.
*U19 Boys: 1 team without a coach. 


REFUNDS
Refunds are available BEFORE Monday. 
Your last day to request a refund is SUNDAY ($45 fee).
There are no more refunds after SUNDAY.

Teams that will not have a coach by next week, will be refunded or dispersed to other teams.

GAME SCHEDULE
Pending team finalization with coaches etc..
Most likely posted next week WEDNESDAY.
Forst round of games start on Friday Sep 13 and Saturday Sep 14.


COACH EQUIPMENT PICKUP
Pinnies, PUGG Goals and Cones are available at my house.
More info and communication will follow for pickup.
